All purchases include a 30-day money back guarantee. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to start the exchange or refund process. We will provide a prepaid USPS return label for all domestic U.S. returns & exchanges.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue ASAP.
- We cannot return items that have not been received yet by you the customer. Returns / refunds will not be issued due to slow or late shipping & receiving times.
- Please notify us once you have shipped back your order via the prepaid USPS return label and we will issue your full refund ASAP.
- We will provide a return shipping label for you to ship back the item.
- Please remember it can take 2-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
